Returns & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Products must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original packaging.

Return Window
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

Return Method
Returns are accepted in-store only. Please bring the item and your receipt to our shop during opening hours.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted in-store for eligible products.

Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the returned item being received and inspected.
